We understand that Customer Care works are a hugely important area to get right to maintain the reputation of the company. GCLM have the experience to back you in providing the support that your purchasers expect.

We have contract managers in place who will action works on receipt – contacting householders to arrange appointments (usually within 48hours).

Our staff have the skills required to work around occupied properties, producing a high quality finish to the job, whilst ensuring the home owner is informed and satisfied with the works done and the result achieved. Our staff are all directly employed, have company work wear and have liveried vehicles, ensuring the customer is always aware of who is present at their property.
